摘 要:主要以三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)作为研究对象,主要目的为提高EPDM的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、硬度等物理机械性能。通过实验方法制备了多种配方下的硫化橡胶,并对物理机械性能进行分析,在此基础上进行优化,最终获得具有良好物理机械性能的配方。通过实验研究发现,当炭黑N330的含量为70份时,硫化橡胶的硬度为74°左右。当等量替换N110以及N550后硫化橡胶的硬度未达到产品设计需要。添加不同份数增硬树脂S-6H后硫化橡胶的硬度有所改善,当S-6H为10份时,测得硫化橡胶的硬度为78°满足设计要求,同时其他物理机械强度均满足设计要求。最终设计配方(质量份)为:EPDM 100,过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)6,氧化锌6,氧化镁3,硬脂酸2,炭黑N33070,石蜡3,防老剂40202,增硬树脂S-6H 10。This article mainly takes EPDM as the research object,and the purpose is to improve the tensile strength,elongation at break,hardness and other physical and mechanical properties of EPDM.Vulcanized rubbers with various formulas were prepared through experimental methods,and the physical and mechanical properties were analyzed and optimized on this basis.Finally,a formula with ideal properties was obtained.Through experimental research,it is found that when the content of carbon black N330 is 70 parts,the hardness of the vulcanized rubber is about 74°.When N110 and N550 are replaced by the same amount,the hardness of the vulcanized rubber does not meet the product design requirements.The hardness of the vulcanized rubber is improved after adding different parts of S-6H.When S-6H is 10 parts,the measured hardness of the vulcanized rubber is 78°and meet the design requirements,while other physical and mechanical strengths meet the design requirements.The final design formula is that EPDM100,DCP6,zinc oxide6,magnesium oxide3,stearic acid2,carbon black N33070,paraffin3,40202,S-6H10.
