摘  要:选择乙烯法和电石法两种聚氯乙烯(PVC)对丁腈橡胶(NBR)/PVC橡塑发泡材料进行实验。在相同配方体系和加工工艺条件下,比较了两种PVC对共混胶料、成型胶料以及发泡材料性能的影响,并对门尼黏度、硫化发泡以及发泡材料的性能等进行了测试。结果表明,聚合度基本相同的两组PVC,乙烯法PVC炼出的胶料门尼黏度值相对较高,最高扭力值(M_(H))高,最大发泡力有所降低。发泡材料性能测试结果表明,乙烯法PVC的发泡倍率相对较高,密度低,绝热效果好;此外,在相同发泡剂含量的情况下,乙烯法PVC的闭孔率较低,导致真空吸水率相对较高。The experiment of two kinds of PVC(Ethylene-method and calcium carbide-method)on NBR/PVC foams were tested in this paper.The effects of PVC types on rubber compound and foaming material were compared in same formulations and processing conditions.Mooney viscosity,vulcanization foaming curves and the properties of NBR/PVC foam were tested.The results showed that the Mooney viscosity and vulcanization value M_(H) of ethylene method PVC were relatively high,but the maximum foaming pressure was decreased.The performance test results of NBR/PVC foam showed that the foaming ratio of ethylene method PVC was relatively higher,which had lower density and better thermal insulation effect.In addition,ethylene method PVC had lower closed cell rate at the same foamed agent content and resulting in a relatively higher water absorption ratio in vacuum.
