摘 要:研究了裂解炭黑(CBp)及改性方法在乘用胎胎面胶中的应用。通过X射线光电子能谱(XPS)和热失重(Tg)分析表明,CBp含有较多的氧元素以及灰分;用CBp等量替代50%的商品炭黑N375后,胎面胶的物理机械性能降低;与未改性裂解炭黑相比,用马来酸酐-乙二醇-双环戊二烯共聚物化学改性CBp等量替代50%的N375,胎面胶的物理机械性能稍有提升,定伸应力提高,滚动阻力降低;加入抗湿滑树脂FN-609后,胎面胶在0℃下的损耗因子(tanδ)明显提升,在60℃下的tanδ也降低,这表明化学改性和树脂FN-609同时使用,可以在提高胎面胶抗湿滑性能的同时降低轮胎的滚动阻力,提高安全性,并且有效地利用废旧轮胎,减少环境污染。因此改性裂解炭黑可以在乘用胎胎面胶中替代一定比例的炭黑N375。The application of modified pyrolysis carbon black(CBp)in the tread compound of passenger tires was studied.The microstructure analysis results showed that oxygen element content of CBp was 10.9%and the ash content of CBp was as high as 16.6%.After 50%commercial carbon black N375 was equivalently replaced by CBp,the physical and mechanical properties of the tread vulcanizates decreased.Compared with unmodified CBp,50%of N375 was replaced by CBp which was chemically modified by maleic anhydride-ethylene glycol-dicyclopentadiene copolymer,the physical and mechanical properties of the tread rubber were improved slightly,and the modulus at 300%increased by 13%,and the rolling resistance decreased.After the addition of wet grip resin FN-609,tanδat 0℃of the tread vulcanizate increased significantly,and tanδat 60℃decreased,which indicated that the combination of the chemical modification and wet skip resin improved wet skid property and reduced rolling resistance of the tread vulcanizates with CBp at the same time.CBp could replace a certain proportion of N375 in tread compound of passenger tire,which reduced the cost and had obvious economic benefit.
