摘 要:未来6G将会是一个遍布通信链路的分布式神经网络,融合生物物理世界与数字世界,感知万物、联接万物,从而实现万物智联。面向6G的太赫兹通信感知一体化技术被设想为支持未来6G智慧生活的关键技术。调研了6G发展的规划与展望,介绍了6G的6个关键特征与感知通信的融合。然后重点介绍了面向6G的太赫兹感知通信融合的3种模式,以及太赫兹技术分别在通信和感知方面的优势,并概括性地给出了4种应用场景。最后指出太赫兹通信感知一体化技术发展趋势与挑战,包括感知与通信的基础差异、一体化器件、一体化信号设计、感知辅助的高效通信与组网技术、通信辅助的分布式协同感知技术和智能资源管理。6G is expected to be a distributed neural network,integrating biophysical world and digital world,sensing and connecting all things,so as to realize intelligent connection of everything.Terahertz communication and sensing integration technology is supposed to be a key technology to support the future 6G smart life.This paper introduces the plan and prospect of 6G,and its six key features.Then it gives three modes of communication-sensing fusion for 6G and the advantages of terahertz technology in communication and sensing,and introduces four promising application scenarios.Finally,it points out the trends and challenges for the fusion of terahertz communication and sensing,including the basic differences between sensing and communication,the fusion of communication and sensing devices,waveform design,sensing assisted wireless communication and networking technologies,communication assisted distributed cooperative sensing technologies,and intelligent resource management technologies.
