摘  要:思想政治教育是培养担当民族复兴大任的时代新人和德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人的重要环节。通过对于党的十八大以来高校思想政治教育领域的纲领性政策文件进行系统的梳理和研究,采用NVivo12.0进行三级编码和政策文本分析,将政策内容归纳为思想政治教育工作导向、工作任务、工作内容和工作保障四个父节点,分析师资队伍建设、价值引领、课程教育和网络教育这四个关键子节点,并依据三部标志性文件分析了思想政治教育的发展趋势。由此建议打造动态政策体系、促进工作实践高质量发展和构建“大思政”格局,以期助推大学生思想政治教育工作在高校能够扎实推进。Ideological and political education is an important link in cultivating new people of the times who take on the great responsibility of national rejuvenation and socialist builders with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physique,beauty and labor.The research reviewed the programmatic policy documents in the field of Ideological and Political education in colleges and universities since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,adopting NVivo12.0 software for three-level coding and policy text analysis.It summarized the policy content into four parent nodes:Ideological and Political education work orientation,work task,work content and work guarantee,and analyzed the development tendency of Ideological and Political education according to the three landmark documents,in order to solidly promote the Ideological and Political education of college students in colleges and universities.It was proposed to build a dynamic policy system,promote the high-quality development of work practice and build a“Great Ideological and Political”pattern.
