摘  要:2005-2020年,珠江流域连续实施了16次枯水期水量调度工作,有效保障了珠江三角洲地区的供水安全,取得了良好的综合效益和社会评价。通过对已经开展的水量调度工作进行总结分析,根据每年调度目标、调度思路的转变,调度主体的调整,重要文件的批复以及关键性工程建设完成的时间节点,将珠江枯水期水量调度发展历程划分为3个阶段,对各个阶段的调度过程进行了总结,对取得的成效进行了评价,对珠江水量调度的发展方向进行了思考,提出了今后需重点开展的工作:加快节水型社会的建设、健全流域水资源配置体系、加强流域水资源统一管理、推进珠江水量调度法制化。From 2005 to 2020,the Pearl River Basin has implemented 16 consecutive dry season water dispatching work,effectively guaranteeing the safety of water supply in the Pearl River Delta region,and achieved good comprehensive benefits and social evaluation.Based on the summary and analysis of the water dispatching practice that has been carried out,the development process of water dispatching in the dry seasons of the Pearl River is divided into three stages according to the change of annual dispatching objectives and dispatching principals,the adjustment of dispatching subjects,the approval of important documents and the time node for the completion of key projects.In this paper,the dispatching process of each stage is summarized,the achievements are evaluated,the development direction of the Pearl River water dispatching is considered,and the key works in the future are proposed.These key works are:accelerate the construction of a water-saving society,improve the water resources allocation system of the river basin,strengthen the unified management of water resources in the river basin,and promote the legalization of water dispatching in the Pearl River.
