栽培基质EC和pH测定值的影响因素分析

摘　　要：【目的】研究不同测定条件对基质EC和pH值的影响.【方法】选取石英砂、草炭、腐殖酸煤、椰糠、发酵牛粪复配4种不同比例的栽培基质,在不同种类基质的不同干燥方式、不同质量比浸提液、不同基质粒径、不同振荡时间和不同浸提液水质条件下,探究基质EC和pH值测定的适宜条件.【结果】使用烘干样、风干样和鲜样所测EC值差异显著,pH值无差异;按照m_(基质)∶m_(超纯水)=1∶5浸提液与m_(基质)∶m_(超纯水)=1∶10浸提液所测EC值差异显著,pH值无差异;粒径越小,所测EC值越大,pH值差异不显著;振荡时间越长,所测EC值越大,pH值差异不显著;超纯水提取效果优于自来水提取.【结论】测定基质EC和pH时应使用风干处理,m_(基质)∶m_(超纯水)=1∶5浸提液提取,振荡时间为30 min,使用1~2 mm粒径,采用超纯水浸提.【Objective】The study aimed to explore the effect of different determination techniques on EC and pH values of substrate.【Method】This experiment used quartz sand,peat,humic acid coal,coconut bran and fermented cow dung as raw materials,which were mixed into four different cultivation substrates with different proportion of raw materials.The suitable conditions for determination of EC and pH value of substrates were determined by selecting different drying methods,extracts with different mass ratio,substrates of different particle size,different oscillation time and water quality of extracts.【Result】There was significant difference among EC values measured by drying sample,air drying sample and fresh sample,but no difference among pH values.Also,there existed significant difference between EC values measured by extraction solution(m_(matrix)∶m_(ultrapure water)=1∶5)and by extraction solution(m_(matrix)∶m_(ultrapure water)=1∶10),but no difference in pH values.The smaller the particle size was,the larger the EC value was,and the pH value did not significantly vary with the particle size.The longer the oscillation time was,the larger the EC value was,and the pH value was not significantly different.The extraction by ultrapure water was better than that by tap water.【Conclusion】The optimum scheme for measuring EC and pH values of matrix is that the substrate with 1~2 mm particle size were used and dried by the way of air drying,and extraction solution should be extracted by using ultrapure water according to m_(matrix)∶m_(ultrapure water)=1∶5,shaking for 30 mins.
