摘  要:以自制生物高分子金属配合物CG为催化剂,与H_(2)O_(2)共同构建类芬顿催化体系,对酸性大红GR模拟染料废水脱色处理。结果表明,对于0.1g/L的酸性大红GR模拟染料废水,最佳脱色工艺条件为:催化剂CG用量为0.5g/L,30%H_(2)O_(2)用量6mL/L,脱色温度为50℃,脱色时间为25min;该体系在较宽的pH范围内对酸性大红GR模拟染料废水均有良好的脱色效果;废液中盐的存在能够提高该催化体系对染料废水的脱色速率,降低脱色温度,缩短脱色时间。A homemade biopolymer metal complex CG was used as a catalyst to construct a Fenton-like catalytic system together with H_(2)O_(2) for the decolorization of acidic red GR simulated dye wastewater.The results showed that the optimal decolorization process conditions were 0.5 g/L of catalyst CG,6 mL/L of 30%H_(2)O_(2),50℃and 25 min for acidic red GR simulated dye wastewater at 0.1 g/L.The system had good decolorization effect on acidic red GR simulated dye wastewater in a wide pH range.The presence of salt in the waste solution could improve the decolorization rate of the catalytic system,reduce the decolorization temperature and shorten the decolorization time.
