摘 要:以壳聚糖(Chitosan,CTS)为保护剂和分散剂制备纳米银—壳聚糖(AgNPs-CTS)复合溶胶,对制备溶胶的最适温度进行优化,并对其抑菌效果和形态进行了评测。在温度为60℃时得到了粒径分布均一,抑菌效果良好的复合溶胶。进一步利用该复合溶胶制备纳米银、铜—壳聚糖(AgNPs/Cu-CTS)复合颗粒,并对其机械强度、形态、抑菌效果、机洗过程损耗及抑菌性能进行检测。结果表明,该复合颗粒的多孔结构更有利于对细菌的杀灭,颗粒在平板、机洗过程中均具有良好的抑菌效果,同时损耗测试也证明了复合颗粒在应用过程中的长效性。Chitosan(CTS)was used as a protective and dispersing agent to prepare nano-Ag-chitosan(AgNPs-CTS)composite sol.The most suitable temperature for preparing sol was optimized and the antibacterial effect and morphology were evaluated and tested.When the preparation temperature was 60℃,a composite sol with uniform particle size distribution and better antibacterial effect was obtained.Further,nano-Ag/Cu-chitosan(AgNPs/Cu-CTS)composite particles were prepared by using this composite sol,and their mechanical strength,morphology,antibacterial effects,loss in machine washing and antibacterial performance were measured.The results showed that the porous structure of the composite particles were more suitable to bacteriostasis,and the particles had better antibacterial effects in the agar plates and machine washing process.Meanwhile,the loss test proved the long-term effectiveness of the composite particles in the application process.
