摘 要:具有优异性能的超高强度钢在各工业领域备受关注,随着超高强度钢服役环境愈加复杂,通过调整多种微观组织、采用基体与碳化物强化相复合结构来进一步提高钢材强韧性能成为当今研究热点之一。简要回顾超高强度钢发展历程与研究现状,着重讨论在不同热处理工艺条件下超高强度钢中微观组织结构、碳化物析出种类及演变规律的最新进展,并详细介绍作者团队在超高强度钢领域的研究成果。在超高强度钢研究过程中,仍需深入探讨碳化物与基体之间存在的位相关系,澄清不同热处理工艺改变碳化物析出顺序的内在机制,为超高强度钢的组织调控和性能优化提供基础数据和理论指导。Ultra-high strength steel with excellent properties has attracted much attention in various industrial fields.However,the service condition of ultra-high strength steel is becoming increasingly complicated.Further simultaneous improvement of strength and toughness has thereupon become one of the research hotspots,which can be implemented by tailoring the microstructure with different carbides.The research status of ultra-high strength steel was briefly reviewed.The effects of different heat treatment on the microstructure,carbides precipitation and evolution are emphatically analyzed,and recent progress in the field of ultra-high strength steel made by our research group is briefly summarized.In the research process of ultra-high strength steel,it is also necessary to thoroughly explore the phase relationship between carbides and the matrix,and clarify the inherent mechanism of different heat treatment processes that change the order of carbide precipitation,which will provide fundamental knowledge and theoretical guidance for the microstructural control and performance optimization of ultra-high strength steels.
