摘 要:总结了北京市蔬菜加工产业发展概况,即北京市蔬菜加工产品形式多样,龙头企业带动能力强;加工企业管理日益规范化和标准化;技术后备力量雄厚,致力于产学研结合,技术成果辐射全国。并在此基础上,重点回顾了建国以来北京腌渍蔬菜和蔬菜汁产业的发展历程,并从农业发展定位、群众需求、技术优势等方面对未来北京蔬菜加工业的发展提出了建议。The development of vegetable processing industry in Beijing was summarized,including the various forms of vegetable processing products in Beijing,the strong driving ability of leading enterprises.becoming more and more standardized the management of processing enterprises,and strong technical reserve force,committed to the combination of industry-university-research,technical achievements radiate to the whole country.On the above basis,the development of pickled vegetables and vegetable juice industry in Beijing since the founding of the People's Republic of China was reviewed,and suggestions of the future development of vegetable processing industry in Beijing were put forward from the aspects of agricultural development orientation,mass demand,technological advantages and so on.
