摘  要:针对目前带分流叶片离心式叶轮缺乏全参数优化设计的问题,提出结合试验设计、响应面模型、三维反问题设计和遗传优化算法,对一离心叶轮的叶片载荷分布、分流叶片周向位置、分流叶片前缘轴面流向位置、叶片尾缘倾角以及做功比进行优化,并引入熵产诊断对叶轮内流场进行流动损失分析。研究结果表明:叶片载荷设计参数NC_(s)(s)、SL_(h)(m)和NC_(s)(m)对叶轮效率影响较大,分流叶片的尾缘倾角θ、周向位置PL、做功比WR和前缘流向位置LL均对叶轮的效率具有较大影响,并且其相较叶片载荷设计参数的影响程度更大。在叶轮内,壁面、湍流和脉动熵产损失占主导地位。在设计时,分流叶片宜采用主叶片做功0.5倍,10°倾角,周向位置应靠近主叶片吸力面,流向长度不应太短。For the lack of all-parameter optimization design of centrifugal impeller with splitter blades,an algorithm that combines design of experiment,response surface model,3D inverse design and genetic optimization was proposed to optimize the loading distribution of blades,circumferential position of the splitter blades,meridional streamwise position of the splitter leading edge,lean angle of blade trailing edge and the work ratio.Besides,the entropy generation diagnosis was introduced to analyze the flow losses in the flow field of impeller.The results indicate that the design parameters of blades NC_(s)(s),SL_(h)(m)and NC_(s)(m)have great influence on the impeller efficiency.The lean angle of blade trailing edge θ,circumferential position PL,work ratio WR and meridional streamwise position of the splitter leading edge LL have greater influence on the impeller efficiency compared with blade loading parameters.In impeller,the losses due to wall,turbulent and fluctuation entropy production are dominant.In impeller design,the work ratio of the splitter blades should be 0.5,blade lean should be 10°,the splitter blades should be close to the suction surface of the main blade in circumferential direction,and the streamwise length of the splitter blades should not be too short.
