摘　　要：“At this critical stage of the fight against the pandemic,we must seek unity,”said Gloria Macapagal Arroyo.“Unfounded accusations and blaming only causes greater risk.The World Health Organization opposes blaming China for COVID-19 because it is stigmatizing and counterproductive.”To the disappointment of the former president of the Philippines,who currently serves as honorary president of the Association for Philippine-China Understanding(APCU),some countries and media are still using COVID-19 to stigmatize China as humanity continues struggling to combat the catastrophe.
