摘　　要：Across the 30 years since July 1991,when the then Chinese Foreign Minister Qian Qichen was invited to attend the 24th ASEAN Foreign Ministers’Meeting and thus kicked off the China-ASEAN dialogue process,bilateral relations have achieved leapfrog development with outstanding achievements and great development in the three cooperation areas of political security,economics and trade,and social and people-to-people exchanges.During the process,Chinese ambassadors and diplomats at all levels have witnessed the development of bilateral relations while constantly promoting an upward trajectory for China-ASEAN dialogue relations.In a changing international and regional environment,they worked tirelessly to build bridges of friendship between China and ASEAN and eliminate distractions to promote both governmental and nongovernmental exchanges and cooperation.
