摘  要:为研究个人辐射剂量大小与个人基本信息的相关性,以便合理的安排员工的工作时间、岗位、强度。本文采用皮尔逊相关值方法分析个人性别、年龄对个人辐射剂量大小的相关性强度,采用方差分析法研究个人所处部门与个人辐射剂量大小的相关性强度。通过在数据分析平台上建立个人剂量模型,并经过研究分析表明,影响个人辐射剂量的因素与个人的年龄无关,与个人性别存在弱相关,与个人所处部门相关性较强。因此可根据研究结果,适当对所受剂量较高部门的员工采取按时体检身体和合理调整岗位等措施,以此确保员工的身体健康。In order to study the correlation between personal radiation dose and basic personal information,so as to reasonably arrange the working hours,positions and intensity of employees.In this paper,the Pearson correlation coefficient method is used to analyze the correlation strength between the individual's gender and age and the individual radiation dose,and the Analysis of variance method is used to study the correlation intensity between the individual's department and the individual radiation dose.Through the establishment of a personal dose model on the data analysis platform,and research and analysis,it is shown that the factors affecting personal radiation dose have nothing to do with the individual's age,weakly correlated with the individual's gender,and have a strong correlation with the individual's department.Therefore,according to the research results,appropriate measures such as timely physical examination and reasonable adjustment of positions can be adopted for employees in the departments receiving higher doses to ensure the health of the employees.
