摘 要:国际海事组织(IMO)不断更新规范要求,以保障引航员登离船的安全,通过解读与之相关的规则、决议和通函,对910 FEU冷藏集装箱船上引航员登离船装置设计要点和布置方案进行剖析,详细阐述设计中遇到的问题及解决方法。该船采用引航员软梯和舷门组合式登离船装置,并将引航员登离船位置设在二甲板。在船舶轻载工况下,引航员登离船的总爬高比通常支线集装箱船采用的软梯与舷梯组合式登离船装置的总爬高缩短近一半,极大地提高了引航员登离船的安全性和便利性。To ensure the pilot’s safety during embarking and disembarking,the rule requirements are updated regularly by International Maritime Organization(IMO).The pilot ladder arrangement of the 910 FEU reefer container vessel was analyzed and the questions and solutions during the design process were expounded based on the relevant rules,resolutions and circulars.The vessel adopts the combined arrangement of both pilot ladder and side door,while the embarkation and disembarkation for the pilot is placed above the tween deck.At the light draft,the total climbing height of pilot’s embarking and disembarking is nearly half shorter than that of the pilot ladder and accommodation ladder commonly used in feeder container ships,which greatly improves the safety and convenience of pilot’s embarking and disembarking.
