摘  要:6500 DWT集装箱滚装船设有集装箱货舱和封闭车辆舱,与常规的上下层布置集装箱装载和汽车滚装区域不同,采用集装箱货舱和车辆舱沿船长方向纵向布置的方式,以增加重载车辆和集装箱的装载量。新的集装箱、车辆装载方式,增加了结构设计的难度,主要体现在集装箱区域和滚装区域处的结构过渡、上层建筑振动噪声和薄板变形控制等方面。通过局部集滚舱段和全船有限元计算分析,优化舱口端梁和过度区域加强结构,改进上层建筑主要舱室的减振降噪措施。作为融合两种不同船型特点的特种船,可同时装载多种小汽车、重型卡车和集装箱,适货能力强,具有良好的市场前景。The 6500 DWT container Ro/Ro ship has container cargo holds and closed car compartments,and is different from common designation of setting container loading and automobile Ro/Ro area in an up/down layers.The vessel sets container loading and automobile Ro/Ro area in a longitudinal arrangement way to increase the heavy vehicles and container loading capacity.The new loading set of container and vehicle increases the difficulty of structural design,which reflect on the structural transition between container area and roll-on area,the vibration and noise of superstructure and the deformation control of thin plate.By means of partial rolling cabin section finite element calculation and analysis of the whole ship,the hatch end beam structure and reinforcements in transition area were optimized,and the vibration and noise reduction measures of main cabin of superstructure were improved.As a combination of the characteristics of two different ship types,the special ship can carry multitudinous cars,heavy trucks and containers at the same time.With a good cargo capacity,this vessel has a good market prospect.
