摘　　要：目的评估浙江省各地市群体性预防接种服务能力及其等级。方法收集浙江省截至2021年4月各地市群体性预防接种服务接种单位相关信息,采用五色地图法分析6项群体性预防接种服务能力指标和等级。结果浙江省各地市平均(范围)每万人接种台数为1.29(1.12-1.66)台,每万人接种人员数为2.51(1.30-5.30)人,每万人预检/登记/告知人员数为2.02(0.98-4.65)人,每万人组织保障人员数为1.15(0.54-2.24)人,每万人医疗保障人员数为1.02(0.40-1.91)人,每周可接种人数比例为8.07(3.15-40.68)%;五色地图显示,上述各指标等级最低的地市数均为2个,等级较低的地市数分别为2个、2个、2个、2个、3个、2个,等级中等的地市数分别为2个、3个、3个、3个、2个、3个,等级较高、最高的地市数均为2个。结论浙江省群体性预防接种服务能力处于较高水平,五色地图可直观呈现各地市接种服务能力等级。Objective To evaluate the capacity of mass vaccination service and capacity levels in all prefectures of Zhejiang province.Methods We collected information on mass vaccination units in all prefectures of Zhejiang as of April 2021.We analyzed six capacity indicators of mass vaccination services and determined capacity levels by the five-color map method.Results In all prefectures of Zhejiang,the average(range)indicator number per 10000 population was 1.29(1.12-1.66)for vaccination tables;2.51(1.30-5.30)for vaccination staff;2.02(0.98-4.65)for pre-check,registration,or information staff;1.15(0.54-2.24)for support staff;and 1.02(0.40-1.91)for medical security staff.In the total target population,8.07%(3.15%-40.68%)were vaccinated per week.The five-color map showed two prefectures at the lowest level for each of the six indicators;2,2,2,2,3,and 2 at the low level in the six indicators,respectively;2,3,3,3,2,and 3 at the medium level;and 2 at both the high level and the highest level in each of the six indicators.Conclusions The capacity of mass vaccination service is high in Zhejiang.The five-color map can visually show the capacity of vaccination service in each prefecture.
