摘　　要：目的分析宁波市五价人-牛重配轮状病毒减毒活疫苗(RV5)预防接种后不良事件(AEFI)发生率。方法在宁波市10个区县随机抽取6-12周龄健康婴儿接种RV5,采用主动监测方式收集每剂次RV5接种后42d内发生的AEFI,分析AEFI发生率。结果研究对象接种RV5后AEFI总发生率为28.26‰(167/5910);其中一般反应、异常反应发生率分别为26.57‰、0.51‰;第1、2、3剂次接种后AEFI发生率分别为46.86‰、18.21‰、19.20‰;1级、2级、3级、4级AEFI发生率分别为18.27‰、7.78‰、2.20‰、0.00‰。结论宁波市6-12周龄婴儿接种RV5后AEFI发生率低,以一般反应为主,未观察到严重AEFI。Objective To determine the incidence of adverse events following immunization(AEFI)with pentavalent live human-bovine reassortant rotavirus vaccine(RV5).Methods We randomly selected 6-12-week-old healthy infants in 10 districts/counties of Ningbo city for vaccination with RV5.We used an active surveillance technique to collect AEFI data within 42 days after each dose and estimated AEFI incidence.Results The overall RV5 per dose AEFI incidence was 28.26‰(167/5910),with 26.57‰for common adverse reactions and 0.51‰for rare adverse reactions.AEFI incidences for the first,second,and third doses were 46.86‰,18.21‰,and 19.20‰,respectively.Incidences for grade 1,2,3,and 4 AEFIs were 18.27‰,7.78‰,2.20‰,and 0.00‰.Conclusions The incidence of adverse events following RV5 vaccination was low among 6-12-week-old infants in Ningbo.Mild adverse reactions were common,and no serious AEFIs were observed.
