摘 要:目前汽车电子水泵产生的电磁噪声在汽车自动启停或后冷却时对汽车NVH水平有较大影响。为降低电子水泵的电磁噪声,在逆变电路输出端增加带系统阻尼的无源LCL型滤波器。为了减小LCL型滤波器的成本与体积,采用经验设计法对LCL型滤波器参数进行设计,从谐波抑制效果和基波电压压降方面对LCL型滤波器进行分析评价。仿真结果表明,增加LCL型滤波器环节能够有效抑制电子水泵输出的高次谐波,为电子水泵电磁噪声抑制提供理论参考依据。The electromagnetic noise produced by the electronic water pump presently has been a great impact on the NVH level in the vehicle starting and stopping automatically or post-cooling period.In order to reduce the electromagnetic noise of the electronic water pump,a passive LCL filter with system damping is added at the output end of the inverter circuit.In order to reduce the cost and volume of the LCL filter,the empirical design method is used to design the parameters of the LCL filter and the LCL filter is analyzed and evaluated in terms of the harmonic suppression effect and the fundamental voltage drop.The simulation results show that adding the LCL filter link can effectively suppress the high-order harmonics output of the electronic water pump,which provides a theoretical reference for the electromagnetic noise suppression of the electronic water pump.
