摘 要:研究了电动汽车永磁同步电机定子部位的磁密及铁损特性。针对永磁同步电机铁损计算不准确的问题,通过分析加载情况下电机的铁损分布,并基于Bertotti铁心损耗模型,提出一种铁损系数随磁通密度变化的铁损模型。根据谐波分析原理,将磁密波形进行快速傅里叶分解,取奇次谐波幅值代入模型计算,并将计算结果与有限元仿真及Bertotti铁心损耗模型进行对比。结果表明,电机定子铁芯磁场中的谐波损耗不可忽略。This paper mainly studies the iron loss characteristics of the stator part of the permanent magnet synchronous motor of electric vehicles,analyzes the iron loss distribution of the motor under loading,and proposes an iron loss model in which the iron loss coefficient changes with the magnetic flux density based on the Bertotti iron core loss model.Based on the principle of wave analysis,the magnetic density waveform is Fourier decomposed,the odd harmonic amplitude is substituted into the model calculation,and the calculation result is compared with the finite element simulation and the Bertotti core loss model.The result shows that the magnetic field in the stator core of the motor harmonic loss cannot be ignored.
