摘 要:以车载液晶屏幕单层0.5 mm的大尺寸OLED(Organic Light-Emitting Diode)玻璃基板为研究对象,减小玻璃基板的变形尺寸,提高良品率,检测合格率。计算了绕度极值、玻璃基板自重、传统夹具与增力夹具加紧力。基于有限元分析,对比自然放置、传统夹具、增力夹具三种设计的变形程度进行了对比分析。结果表明,杠杆增力夹具能在不增加气压压力的前提下减小玻璃基板变形程度。Taking 0.5 mm large-size OLED(Organic Light-Emitting Diode)glass substrate as the research object,the deformation size of glass substrate is reduced,the yield rate and the qualified rate are improved.The extreme value of winding,the weight of glass substrate,the tightening force of traditional fixture and force amplifier fixture are calculated.Based on the finite element analysis,the deformation degree of natural placement,traditional fixture and force amplifier fixture is compared and analyzed.The results show that the lever force amplifier can reduce the deformation of glass substrate without increasing the air pressure.
