摘  要:概述了城市生活污水中病毒的赋存以及介水传播途径,通过分析现有城市生活污水处理与回用技术对病毒的去除效果,探究病毒从进入污水系统到中水回用终端的潜在传播风险。传统污水处理与中水回用过程对病毒去除率的忽视以及少数病毒介水传播具有强抗逆性等问题对城市生活污水回用安全造成了威胁。提出了污水处理回用系统工艺改进措施以及病毒介水传播的防控对策,认为应进一步推进分流制排水体系在城市区域普及,实现城市排水分流处理精细化管理;以病毒性疫情防控为导向,促进介水病毒监测技术体系与管理体系成熟化发展;尽快完善环境监测中病毒类指标评价体系;加强水系统中病毒的赋存、变化与灭活等过程的机理量化研究。The occurrence of viruses in municipal domestic sewage and the pathways of water-borne transmission are summarized.By analyzing the removal effect of viruses on the existing municipal sewage treatments and reuse technologies,the potential risk of viruses transmission from entering the wastewater system to the reclaimed water reuse terminal is explored.The neglect of viral removal rates in the traditional treatment process and reclaimed water reuse,and the strong resistance of some water-borne viruses pose a considerable threat to the safety of municipal domestic sewage reuse.This work proposed the forward several measures for improving wastewater treatment and reuse systems,and the prevention and control measures of water-borne viruses.We believe that further improved the popularization of diversion drainage system in urban areas and realize the fine management of urban drainage diversion treatment;take the prevention and control of viral epidemics as the guide and promote the development of the maturation of the technical system and management system for virus monitoring in water;improve the evaluation system of virus-like indicators in environmental monitoring as soon as possible;and strengthen the quantitative research on the mechanism of the processes of virus assimilation,change and inactivation in water systems.
