摘 要:对常见多肽类抗生素杆菌肽在氯化和氯胺化过程中生成典型消毒副产物的潜能进行了研究,考察了氯(胺)投加量、氯(胺)化时间、氯胺投加方式、pH、温度、溴离子含量等对消毒副产物生成的影响,并分析了杆菌肽氯(胺)化生成消毒副产物的主要机理。结果表明,作为一种组合氨基酸,杆菌肽与自由氨基酸一样,会在氯(胺)化反应中生成一定量的三氯甲烷、二氯乙腈、三氯乙腈(仅氯化)和三氯硝基甲烷等消毒副产物。除消毒剂自身氧化能力强弱外,消毒副产物的生成还受各种反应参数和水质条件的影响。杆菌肽氯(胺)化生成消毒副产物的潜能,主要是由其自身分子结构决定的。The potential of the common peptide antibiotic Bacitracin to generate typical disinfection by-products during the chlorination and chloramination process was studied.The effects of chlorine and amine dosage,chlorination and chloramination time,chloramine dosage method,pH,temperature,and bromide content on the formation of disinfection by-products were investigated.And the main mechanism of Bacitracin chlorination and chloramination to produce disinfection by-products was analyzed.The results showed that,as a combined amino acid,Bacitracin could produce a certain amount of DBPs such as chloroform,dichloroacetonitrile,trichloroacetonitrile(chlorination only)and trichloronitromethane during chlorination and chloramination,the same as free amino acids.In addition to the strong or weak oxidizing ability of the disinfectant itself,the generation of disinfection by-products was also affected by various reaction parameters and water quality conditions.The potential of Bacitracin to produce disinfection by-products during chlorination and chloramination was mainly determined by its own molecular structure.
