摘 要:通过采用西安市郭杜镇地下水为实验原水,采用诱导结晶的方式研究不同质量浓度石灰浆对地下水软化的效果,同时为后期结晶造粒流化床中试实验提供数据支持。结果表明:在反应出水抽滤后,质量分数20%的Ca(OH)_(2)浆液在水中的分散性和反应效能最佳,当加药量为200 mg/L时(搅拌时间2.5 min、转速350 r/min)对重碳酸盐碱度和钙硬度的变化情况效果最明显,二者下降率分别可达100%和83.75%,浊度可降至1 NTU。另外,投加熟石灰显著利于降低出水电导率,在最优条件下可比投加NaOH时低63%。综上所述,石灰法在未来仍具有一定的研究价值,可尝试对其进行进一步的软化应用研究。In this paper,the groundwater in Guodu Town of Xi'an was used as the experimental raw water,and the effect of lime slurry of different mass concentration on groundwater softening was studied by means of induced crystallization.At the same time,it provided data support for the later crystallization granulation fluidized bed pilot test.The results showed that,after the reaction effluent was suction filtered,the 20%mass concentration of Ca(OH)_(2) slurry in water had the best dispersibility and reaction efficiency.When the dosage was 200 mg/L(stirring time was 2.5 min,rotation speed was 350 r/min)had the most obvious effect on the changes of bicarbonate alkalinity and calcium hardness,the reduction rate of the two could reach 100%and 83.75%,respectively,and the turbidity could be reduced to 1 NTU.In addition,the addition of calcium hydroxide could significantly reduce the conductivity of the effluent.Under the optimal conditions,it could be 63%lower than that when NaOH was added.In summary,the lime method still has certain research value in the future,and it can be tried for further softening application research.
