摘  要:针对好氧反硝化菌在好氧条件有着良好的硝酸盐去除能力,但亚硝酸盐的积累阻碍了TN的去除的问题,采用聚乙烯醇混合海藻酸钠、活性炭粉末和氯化钙的方式对好氧反硝化菌WT14进行固定化,并应用固定化菌去除实际水产养殖废水中的硝酸盐。结果表明,克服了亚硝酸盐积累问题,显著提高了TN去除率。与游离菌相比,固定化菌有着更高的TN去除率(分别为30.2%和55.5%),优化脱氮条件为,20℃、pH 9.0和60 r/min。固定化菌循环使用8个周期均有着稳定的TN去除率(92.6%)。用以处理实际水产养殖废水时,硝酸盐去除率为100%,且不含亚硝酸盐的积累。说明好氧反硝化联合固定化技术在实际应用中具有良好潜力。Aimed at aerobic denitrifying bacteria has good nitrate removal ability in aerobic conditions,but the accumulation of nitrite hinders the removal of TN.The polyvinyl alcohol was mixed with sodium alginate,activated carbon powder,and calcium chloride to immobilize aerobic denitrifying bacteria WT14,and used immobilized bacteria to remove nitrate in actual aquaculture wastewater.The results showed that,the problem of nitrite accumulation was overcome,and the TN removal rate was significantly improved.Compared with free bacteria,immobilized bacteria had a higher TN removal rate(30.2%and 55.5%,respectively),and the optimal nitrogen removal conditions were 20℃,pH of 9.0 and 60 r/min.The immobilized bacteria had a stable TN removal rate(92.6%)for 8 cycles.The treatment of actual aquaculture wastewater also showed the nitrate removal rate was 100%,and did not contain nitrite accumulation.These results indicated that the aerobic denitrification combined immobilization technology has good potential in practical applications.
