摘 要:以某印染厂印染反渗透浓水(ROC)为研究对象,利用响应面分析法考察了工艺条件对电解ROC的效能影响;并建立了以COD去除率和能耗作为响应量的二次回归模型。结果表明,反应时间和温度是影响COD去除率和能耗的显著因素;电流密度与初始pH对COD去除率的影响显著,但是对能耗的影响不显著。电流密度与初始pH对电解印染ROC的COD去除的交互作用显著,同时反应时间和温度的交互作用对能耗的影响显著。优化工艺条件为:反应时间96.33 min,电流密度40 mA/cm^(2),初始pH为9,温度34.97℃,此时COD去除率和能耗分别为68.55%,233.5 W·h/g。电解实际印染ROC的进程遵循准一级动力学。Taking the printing and dyeing reverse osmosis concentrate(ROC)obtained from a printing and dyeing factory as research object,the effect of process conditions on electrolysis of printing and dyeing ROC were investigated by response surface analysis,and quadratic regression models were well established with COD removal rate and energy consumption as the responses.The results showed that,the reaction time and temperature were the significant factors for COD removal and energy consumption,and the effect of current density and initial pH was significant on COD removal while their effects on energy consumption were not remarkable.The interaction between the current density and initial pH was significant in COD removal while the interactions between the reaction time and temperature had a significant effect on energy consumption.After optimization,the process conditions were as follows,reaction time of 96.33 min,current density of 40 mA/cm^(2),initial pH of 9 and temperature of 34.97℃,under which the COD removal rate and energy consumption were 68.55%and 233.5 kW·h/kg,respectively.The electrolysis process of actual printing and dyeing ROC followed quasi-first order kinetics.
