摘  要:开展室温(变温)和35℃(恒温)2种条件下活性污泥厌氧处理糖蜜酒精废水的研究。结果表明,2种温度下厌氧系统出水pH和氨氮含量无明显差别;35℃条件下溶解性COD(SCOD)去除率比室温条件下的高,差别最大时高出6百分点;室温条件出水挥发性脂肪酸(VFA)含量整体比35℃条件下的高;2种温度下厌氧活性污泥中微生物群落结构相似,但35℃条件的活性污泥中特定功能细菌Propionibacteriaceae和Lachnospiraceae,以及产甲烷菌Methanobacteriaceae和Methanosarcinaceae的相对丰度比室温条件的高,这意味着35℃条件下的厌氧处理效率和产甲烷能力较高。研究结果可为糖蜜酒精废水及其他工业废水厌氧处理工艺的选择提供参考。The anaerobic treatment of molasses alcohol wastewater by activated sludge at room temperature(variable temperature)and 35°C(constant temperature)was studied.The results showed that there was no significant difference between the effluent pH and the content of ammonia nitrogen under two temperatures.The SCOD removal rate at 35℃was higher than that of the room temperature and a maximum difference of 6%.The VFA content of effluent at room temperature was higher than that of 35℃.The microbial communities in the anaerobic activated sludge at the two temperatures were similar,but the relative abundance of the specific functional bacteria Anaerolineaceae and Lachnospiraceae,methanogens Methanobacteriaceae and Methanosarcinaceae in the activated sludge at 35℃was higher than that of room temperature.It suggested that the anaerobic treatment efficiency and methane-producing capacity were higher at 35℃than that of the room temperature.These results provide references for the selection of anaerobic treatment of molasses alcohol wastewater and other industrial wastewater.
