摘 要:以渗滤液DTRO浓缩液为研究对象,采用高效低温蒸发技术进行浓水减量化中试,评估了系统减量化效果、运行稳定性和能耗指标,考察了低温蒸发技术对主要污染物的去除情况。结果表明,高效低温蒸发技术可利用垃圾焚烧电厂废热作为热源,DTRO浓缩液减量化显著,清水回收率可达到67%。中试系统运行稳定性好,能耗低,脱盐率达到99.8%以上,产水符合GB/T 19923-2005循环冷却水系统补充水水质要求。The pilot-scale on the reduction of DTRO concentrate leachate was carried out by using the high-efficiency low-temperature evaporation technology.The reducing rate,operation stability,and energy consumption index of the pilot system were evaluated,and the removal rate of main pollutants in the concentrate was also investigated.The results showed that the high-efficiency and low-temperature evaporation technology could reuse the waste heat in the waste-to-energy plant as the heat source for water evaporation.The DTRO concentrate was significantly reduced,and the fresh water recovery rate can reach 67%.The pilot-scale system performed good operation stability,low energy consumption,and a high desalination rate of more than 99.8%.The produced effluent index can achieve the supplementary water quality standard of the circulating cooling water system.
