摘 要:针对焦化废水成分复杂和难生物降解等特点,采用气浮-预曝气+A/O工艺-絮凝沉淀-活性炭吸附组合处理工艺。介绍了工艺流程、主要构筑物设计参数,分析了其处理效果。实际运行结果表明,该工艺对COD、氨氮、挥发酚、氰化物的去除率分别达到了98.8%、99.3%、99.9%、96.5%,出水水质达到GB 16171-2012中的直接排放要求,且处理效果稳定。工程总投资1965.3万元,总运行成本10.86元/m^(3)。Coking wastewater has the characteristics of complex composition and difficult biodegradation.A combined treatment process of air flotation-pre-aeration and A/O process-flocculation sedimentation-activated carbon adsorption was proposed for coking wastewater treatment.The technological process and design parameters of the main structures were introduced.Through investigating the influent and effluent qualities of the wastewater treatment system,the actual operation results showed that the removal rate of COD,ammonia nitrogen,volatile phenol,and cyanide were reached 98.8%,99.3%,99.9%,and 96.5%,respectively.The effluent could be controlled to meet the direct emission requirements of the discharge standard of pollutants(GB 16171-2012),and the treatment effect was stable.The total project investment of 19.653 million yuan and total operating cost of 10.86¥/m^(3).
