摘　　要：针对采用传统工艺处理废旧塑料清洗废水的出水污染物浓度高,不能循环回用的缺点,首先采用气浮-新型改性陶瓷填料厌氧复合床(UBF)-AO-复合陶瓷膜MBR工艺进行处理。本工程UBF采用微生物亲和能力强的MgO表面修饰的荷正电多孔陶瓷作为填料。MBR工艺段采用新型ZrO_(2)镀层的复合平板陶瓷膜。长期出水水质稳定达到≤城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准≥GB 18918-2002表1中一级A标准,即COD<50 mg/L,氨氮<5 mg/L,色度<40等。处理后的水再通过预过滤-超滤-钙镁离子交换器-二级RO除去盐分,电导率≤108μS/cm,可作为清洗水长期循环回用。In this project,an innovative combined process strategy of dissolved air flotation(DAF)followed by upflow blanket filter(UBF)/AO/MBR was adopted in term of many disadvantages(such as effluent with low quality,unavailable for recycling for cleaning,etc)by traditional treatment methods.Positively charged microporous ceramic membrane modified by MgO was applied as innovative filter in UBF,which possessed strong affinity ability with microbes.In addition,innovative composite ceramic flat membrane(ZrO_(2) as film)was employed in MBR.The result during successive run indicated the combined system was operated steadily and the effluent could meet the discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant(GB 18918-2002)Table 1 Class A water quality standard(COD≤50 mg/L,ammonia≤5 mg/L,Chroma≤40).Thereafter,wastewater treated was recycled for producing recycling water for cleaning by primary filtration-UF-calcium magnesium ion exchanger-double pass RO.The electronic conductivity in secondary RO effluent was less than 108μS/cm.
