摘　　要：目的:探讨老年人使用互联网中医药健康信息服务的动机,以提高互联网中医药健康信息服务的有效性及与老年人需求的契合性。方法:对21名老年人的半结构访谈资料进行主题编码分析和比较分析。在“生存-关系-成长”理论的基础上得出老年人使用互联网中医药健康信息服务动机模型。结果:老年人使用互联网中医药健康信息服务的动机包括生存需求的保护动机、实用动机、娱乐动机、关系需求的交往动机、成长需求的认知动机和自主动机等。它们可在不同情境和程度上激发和调节老年人使用互联网中医药健康信息服务的行为。结论:互联网中医药健康信息服务需关注老年人现存和非现存健康问题的相关需求、与健康生活相关的需求、实用性需求和成长性需求、自主性需求和交往性需求,以促使互联网中医药健康信息服务在老年人生活质量提高和生命意义提升中发挥更大的作用。Objective To improve the effectiveness of health information service of traditional Chinese medicine on Internet and the agreeableness of requirements in elderly persons by studying their motives in accessing health information service of traditional Chinese medicine on Internet.Methods The semi-structured interview data of 21 elderly persons were analyzed by topic analysis and comparative analysis respectively.The motive model of elderly persons in accessing health information service of traditional Chinese medicine on Internet was established according to the"existence-relationship-growth"theory.Results The motives of elderly persons in accessing health information service of traditional Chinese medicine on Internet included protection motive,practical motive,entertainment motive of existence requirement,communication motive of relationship requirement,cognitive motive and independent motive of growth requirement,which can stimulate and regulate the behaviors of elderly persons in accessing health information service of traditional Chinese medicine on Internet in different situations and degrees.Conclusion Health information service of traditional Chinese medicine on Internet focuses on the requirements of existing and non-existing health problems,health problems and health life,practical and growth requirements,independent and communication requirements in order to promote the fact that health information service of traditional Chinese medicine on Internet plays a greater role in improving the quality of life and the significance of life in elderly persons.
