摘  要:目的探讨鼻咽癌放疗靶区勾画中应用CT与MRI图像融合的应用效果。方法随机选取2019年1月—2020年6月于该院接受调强放疗鼻咽癌患者50例,鼻咽癌放疗靶区勾画分别给予单独CT勾画与CT、MRI图像融合勾画,对比两种方法勾画靶区体积情况及T分期不同鼻咽癌肿瘤靶区体积情况。结果CT、MRI图像融合勾画靶区体积为(33.61±20.58)cm^(3),CT勾画靶区体积为(24.14±19.08)cm^(3),CT、MRI图像融合勾画靶区体积较单纯CT勾画高,差异有统计学意义(t=44.624,P<0.05);T1、T2、T3分期鼻咽癌肿瘤靶区经CT、MRI融合图像勾画体积较单独CT勾画体积高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);T4分期两种方法勾画体积比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论与单独CT图像技术相比,CT、MRI融合图像可促进鼻咽癌放疗靶区勾画准确性,对于疾病诊断与预后起到十分重要作用。Objective To investigate the effect of fusion of CT and MRI images in target area of radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods 50 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients who received intensity-modulated radiotherapy in the hospital from January 2019 to June 2020 were selected randomly.The delineation of the radiotherapy target area for nasopharyngeal carcinoma was given with separate CT delineation and CT and MRI image fusion delineation,compared the two methods to outline the volume of the target area and the volume of the tumor target area of nasopharyngeal carcinoma with different T stages.Results The volume of the target area delineated by CT and MRI image fusion was(33.61±20.58)cm^(3),and the volume of the target area delineated by CT was(24.14±19.08)cm^(3).The volume of the target area delineated by the fusion of CT and MRI images was higher than that of simple CT delineation,and the difference was statistically significant(t=44.624,P<0.05);T1,T2,and T3 stages of nasopharyngeal carcinoma tumor target area delineated by CT,MRI fusion image volume were higher than that of CT alone,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference between the two methods of delineating the volume of T4 staging(P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with CT image technology alone,CT,MRI fusion image can promote the accuracy of target radiography of nasopharyngeal carcinoma,it plays an important role in disease diagnosis and prognosis.
