达英-35联合二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的探究多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者接受达英-35联合二甲双胍治疗的临床疗效。方法随机抽取2016年1月—2018年12月在该院接受诊治的50例多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者为研究对象,将50例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组25例。对照组接受达英-35治疗,基于达英-35,观察组给予二甲双胍治疗。对比两组性激素及其代谢指标、月经恢复率、排卵率及妊娠率。结果治疗前,两组四项激素指标对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者黄体生成素(LH)(8.11±2.37)U/L、睾酮(T)(1.53±0.45)nmol/L低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.551、3.070,P<0.05)。观察组月经恢复率80.00%、排卵率80.00%、妊娠率60.00%,多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.367、5.556、3.945,P<0.05)。结论多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者接受达英-35联合二甲双胍治疗,对患者性激素指标具有改善作用,对患者月经恢复、排卵及妊娠相关临床症状具有促进作用。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Diane-35 combined with metformin in infertility patients with polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods A sample of 50 infertile patients with polycystic ovary syndrome who were diagnosed and treated in the hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were randomly selected as the research objects,and 50 patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 25 cases in each group.The control group received Diane-35 treatment,and based on Diane-35,the observation group was given metformin treatment.Compared the two groups of sex hormones and their metabolic indicators,menstrual recovery rate,ovulation rate and pregnancy rate.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in four hormone indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,luteinizing hormone(LH)(8.11±2.37)U/L and testosterone(T)(1.53±0.45)nmol/L in observation group were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(t=2.551,3.070,P<0.05).The menstrual recovery rate,ovulation rate and pregnancy rate in the observation group were 80.00%,80.00%and 60.00%,respectively,which were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.367,5.556,3.945,P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of infertility patients with polycystic ovary syndrome treated with Diane-35 combined with metformin can improve the sex hormones of the patients,and promote the recovery of menstruation,ovulation,pregnancy and related clinical symptoms.
