摘 要:为提升河北津西钢铁集团股份有限公司中小型半连轧生产线大规格Q355D热轧H型钢的力学性能,尤其是冲击韧性及其稳定性,采用Nb、V微合金化成分优化设计、加热制度有限元模拟、轧制温度和轧制速度等窄范围控制手段,在该公司2、3号生产线进行了该系列大规格(450×200、400×200)产品的工业生产实践。结果表明,采用添加Nb、V合金元素,低温长时间加热的基本原则,适当缩短在炉时间、降低精轧开轧温度或降低均热温度、提升轧制速度(提升精轧轧制温度)等,可使Q355D热轧H型钢力学性能满足国标要求。In order to improve the mechanical properties,especially the impact toughness and stability of the large-sized Q355D hot-rolled H-beam in the small and medium-sized semi-continuous rolling line of Hebei Jinxi Iron and Steel Group Co.,Ltd.,the industrial production practice of this series of products with large specifications(450×200,400×200)was carried out in the No.2 and No.3 production lines of the company by means of optimizing the composition of Nb and V microalloying,finite element simulation of heating system,narrow range control of rolling temperature and rolling speed,etc.The results show that the mechanical properties of Q355D hot-rolled H-beam can meet the requirements of national standard by adopting the basic principles of adding Nb and V alloy elements,heating at low temperature for a long time,appropriately shortening the furnace time,reducing the starting temperature or soaking temperature of finish rolling,and increasing the rolling speed(increasing the rolling temperature of finish rolling).
