返乡创业生态系统形成路径研究——基于浙江省52个县市的fsQCA分析

摘　　要：返乡创业生态系统对农民返乡创业具有重要支持作用,其形成是多因素综合作用的结果。以浙江省52个县市为样本,采用fsQCA方法分析各要素的联结对返乡创业生态系统形成的影响,将系统形成的5个前因条件构入统一分析框架内。结果表明:返乡创业生态系统形成路径有两条,即技术—前景—政策支持驱动型、政策—技术—金融支持驱动型,其中技术与政策为共同核心条件。同时,明确3条返乡创业生态系统非形成路径,分别是技术匮乏—基础设施缺位抑制型、政策限制—基础设施匮乏抑制型、基础设施缺位—政策限制—金融约束—技术匮乏抑制型。研究结论为返乡创业生态系统的形成与高质量运行提供决策支持。The entrepreneurial ecosystem of the return to hometown played an important role in supporting farmers′business which were started in their hometown,and its formation was the result of the comprehensive effect of multiple factors.Based on 52 counties of Zhejiang province as samples,this paper adopted fsQCA method to analyze the influence of the connection of various elements on the formation of the entrepreneurial ecosystem of the return to hometown ecosystem,and constructed the five antecedent conditions formed by the system into a unified analysis framework.The results showed that:The entrepreneurial ecosystem of the return to hometown formed two paths:“technology-prospects-policy”support driven,“policy-technology-financial”support driven,in which technology and policy were the common core conditions.At the same time,this paper expounded that the three non-formation paths of the entrepreneurial ecosystem of the return to hometown:“lack of technology-lack of infrastructure”restraint driven,“policy constraints-lack of Infrastructure”restraint driven,“lack of Infrastructure-policy constraints-financial constraints-lack of technology”restraint driven.The conclusion of this study provided a solution to promote the formation and high-quality operation of the entrepreneurial ecosystem of the return to hometown.
