摘　　要：基于943份调查问卷数据,运用聚类分析划分了阿拉善沙漠英雄会游客类型,并借助结构方程模型分析了不同类型游客满意度的影响因素。结果发现:(1)根据游客的越野亚文化程度,可将其分为普通游客、越野爱好者和越野发烧友3种类型。(2)越野亚文化程度越深的游客,其年龄相对较大,经济能力更强,受地域限制更小,多选择自驾,且偏好团队出行。(3)非传统节事旅游满意度影响因素由组织形象、交通条件、食宿供给、管理形象和体验感知5个维度构成。(4)各类型游客满意度影响因子的影响力存在巨大差异,游客越野亚文化程度越高,越重视体验感知;游客越野亚文化程度越低,越注重外在客观条件。Based on data from 943 questionnaires,used the cluster analysis method and the structural equation model,this paper classified tourists and analyzed the influencing factors of different types of tourists′satisfaction.The results showed that:(1)According to the off-road subculture degree of tourists,they could be divided into three types:ordinary tourists,off-road enthusiasts and off-road fanciers.(2)Tourists with a deeper degree of off-road subculture were relatively older,more financially capable,less restricted by geographical areas,more self-driving and prefer to travel in groups.(3)The influencing factors of non-traditional festival tourism satisfaction were composed of five dimensions:organization image,traffic conditions,food and lodging supply,management image,and experience perception.(4)There were huge differences in the influence of satisfaction factors among various types of tourists.The higher the off-road subculture degree of tourists,the more emphasis on experience perception;the lower the off-road subcultural degree of tourists,the more emphasis on external objective conditions.
