摘  要:该文提出兼顾暂态动能与势能的综合指标对网络故障进行临界割集识别,并在割集支路的母线处投入储能系统参与暂态稳定紧急控制。在扩展等面积定则基础上,建立含储能系统的双机等值模型,并推导出基于该模型的暂态能量函数,分析与传统切机切负荷控制措施相比,储能系统提高电网暂稳裕度的机理。建立储能系统机电暂态模型,通过控制临界割集支路角、母线电压并进行充放电。利用积分函数计算储能退出运行时间,减少电池充放电次数,提高储能系统运行效率。通过电力系统综合仿真软件进行仿真分析并计算不同措施下暂稳裕度指标,验证所提理论的准确性以及良好的工程实用性。In this paper,a comprehensive index considering both transient kinetic energy and potential energy was proposed to identify the critical-cutset of network faults,and the energy storage system was put into the bus of the cutset to participate in the transient stability emergency control.Based on the extended equal area rule,the equivalent model of two generators with energy storage system was established,and the transient energy function based on the model was derived.The mechanism that the energy storage system improved the stability margin of power grid was analyzed compared with the traditional control measures of generator cut-off and load shedding.The critical-cut branch angle and bus voltage were controlled by energy storage system.The integral function was used to calculate the exit time of energy storage system,which could reduce the charging-discharging times of battery and improve the operation efficiency of energy storage system as well.Through the comprehensive simulation software of power system,the transient stability margin index under different measures was calculated to verify the accuracy of the proposed theory and good engineering practicability.
