摘 要:该文分析了含分布式光伏配电网的故障高频附加网络,提出一种适用于含高比例光伏配电网的高频阻抗差动保护。线路发生短路时故障分量电压和故障分量电流突变产生高频分量,利用此高频分量计算高频阻抗。通过比较故障时动作高频阻抗和制动高频阻抗的关系,可构成保护判据判别区内外故障。该保护方案数据窗口短,动作迅速,双端数据无需同步,受光伏运行方式及其控制策略变化影响小,且可适应线路存在T接分支的情况。测试结果表明该保护方案可以准确识别区内外不同类型故障,具有较强的抗过渡电阻和抗噪声干扰能力。In this paper,the fault high frequency additional network with distributed photovoltaic distribution network was analyzed,and a high frequency impedance differential protection suitable for high proportion photovoltaic distribution network was proposed.When the line is short circuited,the fault component voltage and fault component current suddenly produced high-frequency component,which was used to calculate the high-frequency impedance.By comparing the relationship between the high frequency impedance of action and the high frequency impedance of braking,a protection criterion could be formed to judge the faults inside and outside the area.The protection scheme had the advantages of short data window,fast operation,no synchronization of double terminal data.It barely influenced by the change of photovoltaic operation mode and control strategy,and could adapt to the situation with T-connected branches in the line.The test results show that the protection scheme can accurately identify different types of faults inside and outside the area,and has strong resistance to transition resistance and noise interference.
