摘 要:针对低压笼型异步电动机传统起动方式存在的起动电流过大、起动转矩偏小、起动过程过于粗糙等不足之处,提出几种基于转子结构优化策略或晶闸管相位调压技术的电动机起动方式。分析结果表明:采用相关起动方式的电动机起动过程的平滑性明显提升,起动电流的负面冲击明显减小,综合起动性能得到改进。Aiming at the shortcomings of traditional starting methods of low-voltage cage asynchronous motor,such as excessive starting current,small starting torque and too rough starting process,several motor starting methods based on rotor structure optimization or thyristor phase voltage regulation technology are proposed.The analysis results show that the smoothness of motor starting process is significantly improved,the negative impact of starting current is significantly reduced,and the comprehensive starting performance is improved.
