摘  要:制备了一种高固含水性密封膏产品,研究了C9石油树脂和聚异丁烯对水性密封膏性能的影响,并将制备的高固含水性密封膏与市面上的油性密封膏进行了对比分析。结果表明:C9石油树脂有助于提高水性密封膏的粘结强度和耐热性,但对水性密封膏的低温柔性起反作用;聚异丁烯对水性密封膏的粘结强度、低温柔性和耐热性有明显的提升;水性密封膏的干燥时间和干燥基面的粘结强度不如油性密封膏,但在环保、固含量、潮湿基面和同步固化粘结强度等方面性能更优。A kind of high solid content waterborne sealant is prepared.The paper studies the effects of C9 petroleum resin and polyisobutylene on the properties of waterborne sealant,and compares the prepared high solid content waterborne sealant with the oily sealant on the market.The results show that C9 petroleum resin is helpful to improve the bonding strength and heat resistance of waterborne sealant,but has a negative effect on the flexibility at low temperature;polyisobutylene can significantly improve the bonding strength,low temperature flexibility and heat resistance of waterborne seal;the drying time and bonding strength of waterborne sealant are not as good as those of oil-based sealant,but they have better performance in terms of environmental protection,solid content,wet substrate and synchronous curing bonding strength.
