摘　　要：本文介绍一种新的熔断丝匹配方法和熔断丝寿命研究计算,此新的计算方法通过了CPT(Circuit Protect Test)验证,应用到某皮卡、轻客车型,选择适配了最优熔断丝和导线方案,使得整车线束质量得到降低,成本得到优化。This paper introduces a new fuse matching method and research and calculation of fuse life.This new calculation method has been verified by CPT(circuit protection test),applied to a pickup truck and light passenger vehicle,and selected the optimal fuse and wire scheme,so as to reduce the quality of vehicle harness and optimize the cost.
