摘　　要：汽车中各个电气系统需要线束来实现回路功能。回路中包含电源、开关控制、电气设备或执行器、搭铁等。每个电气系统回路中的线束器件都需要线束工程师进行选型。基于对线束设计流程的梳理,对其中的薄弱环节进行总结,可对今后汽车线束设计开发工作提供参考。该文中的线束均指汽车低压线束。Each electrical system in the automobile needs harness for loop function.The loop contains power supply,switch control,electrical equipment or executor,tie-in iron,etc.Harness engineer is required to select harness device in each electrical system loop.Based on combing the harness design process,the weaknesses are summarized,which can be used for future automobile harness design and development.The harness in this paper refers to the low voltage harness of automobiles.
