摘  要:为满足钢结构的防火要求,利用自制的含磷杂菲结构的二胺和二乙烯三胺共同固化环氧树脂乳液,制备了水性含磷环氧树脂涂料。继续添加纳米羟基草酸铝、空心陶瓷微珠、钛白粉等无机填料进行改性,通过含磷固化剂与无机填料协效阻燃环氧树脂乳液,涂料的耐火极限可达到69min,高于国家标准。所得涂料具有良好的理化性能,经耐水、耐酸碱、耐盐水、耐老化测试后,漆膜状态正常。无机填料赋予了涂料良好的隔热性能,最终涂料的隔热温差和太阳反射比分别为12.5℃和0.87。涂料制备工艺简单、施工便利、绿色环保,适用于装配式钢结构建筑的防火隔热。In order to meet the fire protection requirements of steel structure,a new diamine with heterophenanthrene structure was used to cocure epoxy resin(EP)emulsion with diethylenetriamine,and the waterborne EP coating with phosphorus was prepared.Nano aluminum hydroxyoxalate,hollow ceramic beads,and titanium dioxide were subsequently added in,and the EP emulsion was synergistic flame-retarded by phosphorus curing agent and inorganic filler.The coating showed the ideal fire resistance limit,which was 69 min.With good physical and chemical properties,the paint film was in good condition after a series of tests,such as water resistance,acid and alkali resistance,salt water resistance and aging resistance test.Good heat insulation performance of the coating was endowed by the inorganic filler.The thermal insulation temperature difference and solar reflectance ratio of the coating were 12.5℃ and 0.87 respectively.The coating had the advantages of simple preparation process,convenient construction and environmentally friendly,and suitable for the fire and heat insulation of fabricated steel structure buildings.
