摘 要:将人发经水解后提取的还原型人发角蛋白粉添加至聚氧化乙烯/聚乙烯醇(PEO/PVA)溶液中,采用静电纺丝技术制备了人发角蛋白/PEO二元复合纳米纤维膜和人发角蛋白/PEO/PVA三元复合纳米纤维膜。通过比较不同的复合纳米纤维膜对活性黑KN-B的吸附动力学和吸附热力学,考察了膜对活性黑KN-B的吸附性能。结果表明,复合纳米纤维膜对活性黑KN-B的吸附符合Langmuir吸附模型,具有较小纤维直径的人发角蛋白/PEO/PVA三元复合纳米纤维膜最大吸附量达到132.01mg/g。因此,在处理染色废水和印花废水方面具有良好的应用前景。The reduced human hair keratin powder extracted from human hair after hydrolysis was added to PEO/PVA solution,and the human hair keratin/PEO binary composite nanofiber membranes and the human hair keratin/PEO/PVA ternary composite nanofiber membranes were prepared by electrospinning.The adsorption performance of the membranes to reactive black KN-B was investigated by comparing the adsorption kinetics and thermodynamics of different human hair keratin composite nanofiber membranes to reactive black KN-B.The results showed that the adsorption of the membranes to reactive black KN-B was in accordance with Langmuir adsorption model.The maximum adsorption capacity of the human hair keratin/PEO/PVA ternary composite nanofiber membrane with smaller fiber diameter reached 132.01 mg·g^(-1).Therefore,it had a good application prospect in the treatment of dyeing wastewater and printing wastewater.
