摘  要:采用沉淀聚合法,以Cr(Ⅵ)为模板离子,4-乙烯基吡啶(4-VP)为功能单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯(EDMA)为交联剂,对功能单体及交联剂的用量、致孔溶剂的种类及用量等实验条件进行了优化,分别制备了17种Cr(Ⅵ)印迹聚合物[Cr(Ⅵ)-IIPs]及相应的非印迹聚合物(NIPs)。结果表明,与非印迹聚合物相比,最优条件下制备的铬离子印迹聚合物Cr(Ⅵ)-IIP_(16)对Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附容量为80.59μmol/g,印迹因子为2.13。结合等温吸附和动力学吸附实验对其进行吸附性能研究;用扫描电镜(SEM)和氮气吸附/脱附(BET)对Cr(Ⅵ)-IIP_(16)及相应的非印迹聚合物(NIP_(16))进行了结构表征;在竞争离子存在下,结合电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP-OES)分析了Cr(Ⅵ)-IIP_(16)的吸附性能及吸附选择性。研究结果表明,Cr(Ⅵ)-IIP_(16)对Cr(Ⅵ)具有较好的选择识别能力和较高的吸附容量,有望用于实际样品中Cr(Ⅵ)的分离去除。A chromium ion imprinted polymer [Cr(Ⅵ)-IIP]was prepared by the method of precipitation polymerization,Cr(Ⅵ)and 4-vinylpyridine(4-VP)as template ion and functional monomer,and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate(EDMA)as crosslinking agent,respectively.The influence of experimental conditions was also investigated,the amount of crosslinker and solvents,the type of solvents were optimized for obtaining preferable adsorption capacity,and 17 kinds of Cr(Ⅵ)-IIPs and corresponding non-imprinted polymers(NIPs)were synthesized.The results shown that,compared with non-imprinted polymers,the adsorption capacity of the Cr(Ⅵ)-IIP_(16)prepared under optimal conditions for Cr(Ⅵ)was 80.59μmol/g,and the imprinting factor was 2.13.The performance of Cr(Ⅵ)-IIP_(16)was studied by isothermal and kinetic adsorption experiments,the structure of Cr(Ⅵ)-IIP_(16)and NIP;were characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM)and nitrogen adsorption/desorption(BET).In the presence of competing ions,combined with inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer(ICP-OES),the adsorption performance and adsorption selectivity of Cr(Ⅵ)-IIP_(16)were analyzed.The results shown that Cr(Ⅵ)-IIP_(16)had a better ability to select and identify Cr(Ⅵ),and Cr(Ⅵ)-IIP was expected to be used for the separation and removal of Cr(Ⅵ)in actual samples.
