摘  要:推拉式酸洗机组工艺速度的确定,要结合酸洗工艺和带钢输送工艺综合分析,在满足产能要求的情况下选择经济合理的运行速度。通过对推拉式酸洗机组带钢输送工艺与张力控制的分析,给出了大纲产品速度梯度、卷取机速度梯度以及张力装置速度梯度的合理设计。其指出,提高工艺速度仍然是推拉式酸洗技术的发展方向,解决其技术瓶颈的关键是合理设计酸槽的结构和长度,提高穿带的可靠度。To determine the process speed of push-pull pickling line,it is necessary to combine the pickling process and the strip transmission process,and select the economical and reasonable operation speed under the condition of meeting the requirements of production capacity.Based on the analysis of strip transmission process and tension control of push-pull pickling line,the reasonable design of the product speed gradient,coiler speed gradient and tension device speed gradient was given.It is pointed out that improving the process speed is still the development direction of push-pull pickling technology,and the key to solve the technical bottleneck is to design the structure and length of acid tank reasonably and improve the reliability of the strip head threading though.
