摘　　要：针对15-15Ti包壳管的工业化生产工艺研究,采用真空感应(VIM)+真空自耗(VAR)+热锻工艺制造出15-15Ti不锈钢管坯,经过热穿孔+冷轧+冷拔工艺成功研发了规格为Φ9.3 mm×0.6 mm的包壳管,并对其表面质量、尺寸精度、金相组织及性能进行了检测。结果表明,15-15Ti包壳管冶炼及制管工艺可靠,表面质量及尺寸精度良好;包壳管基体为全奥氏体组织,晶粒度约为7.44级,拉伸性能、硬度、工艺性能及耐晶间腐蚀性能优良,满足使用要求。In view of the industrial production process research of 15-15 Ti cladding tube,15-15 Ti stainless steel tube billet was manufactured by vacuum induction melting(VIM)+vacuum arc remelting(VAR)+hot forging process.After hot piercing+cold rolling+cold drawing process,a cladding tube with a specification of Φ9.3 mm×0.6 mm was successfully developed,and its surface quality,size,microstructure and performance were tested.The results show that the smelting and manufacturing process of the 15-15 Ti cladding tube is reliable,and the surface quality and dimensional accuracy are good;the matrix of cladding tube is fully austenitic,with a grain size of about 7.44 grade;the tensile properties,hardness,process performance and intergranular corrosion resistance of the cladding tube are excellent,which meet the requirements of its use.
