传统切除术与麦默通微创旋切手术治疗良性乳腺肿物的临床比较

摘　　要：目的对比分析传统切除手术、麦默通微创旋切术治疗良性乳腺肿物的效果与安全性。方法方便选择2018年1月—2020年10月该院接诊治疗良性乳腺肿物患者98例分析,以双盲法分组,对照组采取传统切除手术治疗,观察组采取麦默通微创旋切术治疗,分别记录且对比患者临床手术指标,评估各组患者术后乳房美观情况,同时计算各组患者术后并发症总发生概率。结果观察组手术用时(18.94±4.77)min明显短于对照组,切口长度(3.25±0.14)mm小于对照组,术中出血量(8.14±0.32)mL少于对照组,患者术后住院总时间(1.54±0.33)d短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=32.450、46.679、181.251、24.020,P<0.05)。同时观察组患者术后乳房美观度各项评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。另外,观察组患者术后出现并发症总概率相比对照组较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过麦默通微创旋切术治疗良性乳腺肿物具有效果佳、美观度高、安全性强等优势。Objective To compare and analyze the effect and safety of traditional resection and mammotome minimally invasive rotary resection in the treatment of benign breast tumor.Methods From January 2018 to October 2020,98 patients with benign breast tumors received and treated in the hospital were conveniently selected for analysis,and they were grouped by double-blind method.The control group was treated with traditional resection,and the observation group was treated with Mammotome minimally invasive surgical treatment.Record and compare the clinical surgical indicators of the patients separately,evaluate the postoperative breast beauty of each group of patients,and calculate the total probability of postoperative complications of each group of patients.Results In the observation group,the operative time(18.94±4.77)min was significantly shorter than that in the control group,the incision length(3.25±0.14)mm was smaller than that in the control group,the intraoperative blood loss(8.14±0.32)mL was smaller than that in the control group,and the total postoperative hospitalization time(1.54±0.33)d was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=32.450,46.679,181.251,24.020,P<0.05).At the same time,postoperative breast beauty scores of patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In addition,the total probability of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of benign breast neoplasm by maimotrin minimally invasive surgery has advantages of good effect,high aesthetic value and strong safety.
