从六气“标本中气”学说探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎的病因病机和证治原则

摘　　要：从六气“标本中气”学说探讨了新型冠状病毒肺炎的病因病机和证治原则。治病之道,在于明乎标本,治病之法,在于求本,或求本气,或求标气,或求中气,皆是求本治本,本者,阴阳也。只有明辨并遵循六气“标本中气”的分配和从化规律,把握住六气的标本阴阳变化,才能抓住疾病的关键病机,达到治病求本的目的。新型冠状病毒肺炎的病因病机:病在阳明,虚在太阴;脾肺气虚,气阴两伤。新型冠状病毒肺炎的证治原则:宜清化太阴之湿,不宜健脾燥湿渗湿;宜补气以升清阳,不宜泻阳明之邪热;宜轻清宣肺透邪,不宜重剂宣降肺气。This article discusses the etiology,pathogenesis and treatment principle of Covid-19 from Six Qi theory of“manifestation,root cause and middle Qi”.The way to cure diseases lies in clarifying manifestation and root cause.The method of treating diseases lies in seeking the root,or seeking the root Qi,or seeking the manifestation Qi,or seeking the middle Qi.All of them are seeking the root and treating the root.The root is Yin and Yang.Only by clearly identifying and following the distribution and Conghua law of the“Qi in the manifestation”of the six Qi and grasping the changes of Yin and Yang in the manifestation and root of the six Qi,can we grasp the key pathogenesis of the disease and achieve the purpose of treating the disease.The etiology and pathogenesis of Covid-19:disease in Yang Ming,deficiency in Tai Yin;Spleen and lung Qi deficiency,Qi and Yin injury.The principle of diagnosis and treatment of Covid-19 is that it is advisable to clear the dampness of Tai Yin and not to invigorate the spleen,dryIing the dampness and clearing dampness.It is advisable to replenish Qi to clear Yang,not to reduce the evil heat of Yang Ming;It is better to clear the lung and penetrate the evil than to use heavy agents to lower the lung Qi.
